What is curbside service?
Following local leader guidelines, we now provide curbside service! This allows a customer to wait in their vehicle and have their LTE device dropped off to them, or to give them a time to come into the office when it would be deemed safe for entry.
How it works
When you arrive at Cohodas hall and park in Lot 13 (on the corner of Kaye Ave. and Lee Dr. indicated by a red outline) or pull up along the loading zone in the front of the building (yellow line) you will text our curbside number [(906) 298-9500]. This will let us know that you have arrived and you will receive instructions on what to do.
If you cannot text, you can give us a call at 888-458-8668 to let us know you have arrived, and we will give you further instructions.
Protective measures to keep everyone safe
Barrier
A plastic barrier with a large slot is placed at each public-facing station. While using the barrier, the specialist and customer will be able to stay separated. There is an opening available to pass any paperwork or equipment through in order to maintain safety while interacting with the public.
When passing documentation or equipment through, the specialist should approach the barrier with the equipment, pass it through, then step back to allow the customer the chance to take the device.
Face Masks
Single-use facemasks will be provided for customers who do not have one and arrive in our office. If you have any questions please give us a call at 888-458-8668
Sanitization Zones
Outside of the elevators, we have hand sanitization stations available for public use. There is also a hand pump sanitization zone at our front desk area, which is cleaned regularly.
