If your Huawei 280 indoor device password no longer works and your network name has changed to Huawei your device will need to be reconfigured for it to connect to the EAN network. We can remotely do this for you.
Please contact the EAN support team by either email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 1(888)458-8668 Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. We will need you to provide the SSID and WiFi key included with the device when it was originally shipped out. Please have your device connected to a power source and turned on during this process.
