Some customers had their device shipped to them via UPS. If this is the case, the original box your device came in included a pre-filled return shipping label. This printed label can be placed on the original box and can be given to any UPS service provider, or dropped off at any UPS Drop Box or other locations that accept UPS packages for shipment. You can use this website to find your nearest UPS location. You can also arrange to have returns packages picked up by contacting a UPS Office (for an additional fee).
If you are using a different box to send the device back to us please provide us with the box dimensions via email or phone call and we will send you an electronic version of your shipping label to the email address on file with the updated box dimensions.
