Whether you are leaving the Upper Peninsula for winter, going out of town for an extended period of time, or any other reason you have the option to temporarily suspend your service. For customers who are currently leasing the equipment, this allows you to hold onto what you have already paid for until you want the service back.
To suspend your service there are two simple ways. The first is giving our support line a call at 888-458-8668 or 906-227-2957 during our business hours of Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (7:30am - 4:00pm during Northern Michigan's summer semester). The other is sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the primary email address for the account holder.
